Couldn't wait till Easter - rode over to Southwell a week beforehand to visit the Minster, my "local" cathedral. Took Maureen as pillion and managed not to frighten her too much 
. Mansfield Choral Society rehearsing Mozart's Requiem inside - heaven on earth! Discovered that Andrew, the Head Verger, is an ex-biker.
Returned in July to get more and better pictures. Greeted warmly by assistant verger, Lizzie, a parishioner from Radcliffe - student in gap year. Diocesan Children's Officer, Nick Harding, passing by as I took bike pic.
